• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and clinical intuition to create comprehensive treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to individual, group, and family dynamics, using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.
• Collaborate with a network of healthcare professionals, including case managers and psychiatrists, to design and execute holistic care strategies that cater to all aspects of clients' health.
• Monitor and provide crisis intervention when necessary, drawing on your training and expertise to support clients during acute mental health episodes.
• Engage in community outreach programs to elevate awareness of mental health issues, facilitating workshops and informative sessions aimed at erasing stigma and encouraging individuals to seek help.

You will be serving a diverse array of clients from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds, addressing conditions such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field necessary for clinical practice.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal interactions, essential for building therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Strong cultural competence, allowing for the effective support of a diverse client base.
• Exceptional time-management and organizational skills for effective documentation and follow-ups.

• Experience in telehealth services or remote counseling is highly preferred, as it enhances the delivery of care in our remote setting.
• Background in community outreach or public health initiatives related to mental health and wellness.
• A familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, enhancing efficiency in documentation and client management.
