As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will have the flexibility to work from home while engaging with a cohesive and collaborative team. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and curate personalized treatment plans.
• Lead one-on-one therapy sessions using various therapeutic methodologies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and trauma-informed care.
• Track client progress against set therapeutic goals, facilitating regular updates to treatment plans as needed.
• Offer teletherapy options and ensure effective remote engagement for clients, maintaining high standards of service delivery.
• Document all interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes according to ethical standards and organizational policies.
• Engage in regular supervision and continuing education activities to promote lifelong learning and professional development.

Your role will focus on a diverse population facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will serve clients from different backgrounds, making cultural competence and an empathetic approach fundamental to your practice. Your expertise will contribute to their journey toward mental health and healing.

• A current, state-issued license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for client interaction and documentation.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple cases.
• Empathy, compassion, and a commitment to a non-judgmental client approach are necessary traits for a successful counselor.

While relevant licensure is a must, candidates with two or more years of experience in clinical settings and a history of working with varied mental health challenges are preferred. Experience with teletherapy is advantageous as we adapt to increasing demand for virtual services.
