As a fully remote position, our mental health counselors work from the comfort of their own homes or preferred locations, utilizing telehealth technology to conduct therapy sessions. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, facilitating the development of tailored treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapy services through secure virtual channels, addressing individual client concerns related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and more.
• Collaborate actively with clients to establish actionable therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring progress and adjusting treatment strategies as needed.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques and methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based strategies, or other relevant approaches to achieve client objectives.
• Maintain thorough and precise documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and any relevant clinical notes to uphold compliance and support ongoing client care.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals from various backgrounds, confronting a range of mental health issues. Your empathy and cultural competency will be pivotal in delivering personalized care and forming productive therapeutic relationships. By focusing on each client’s unique experiences, you will help facilitate healing and personal growth.

• Must possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Demonstrable ability to communicate effectively and build strong rapport with clients in a virtual setting, demonstrating compassion and commitment to their wellbeing.
• Proficient in time management and organizational skills, allowing for effective management of therapy sessions and documentation remotely.

• Prior experience in telehealth or virtual therapy practice is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and the ability to adapt approaches to meet the diverse needs of clients.
• An understanding of boundary-setting and self-care strategies beneficial for remote mental health practitioners.

• Annual salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 104,000, determined by your caseload capacity and qualifications.
