What is a remote doctor?

A Remote Doctor is a licensed medical professional who provides healthcare services via telecommunication technologies, such as video calls, phone consultations, or online messaging. A typical day for a Remote Doctor involves conducting virtual consultations with patients through secure telemedicine platforms, reviewing medical histories and test results online, and creating treatment plans or prescribing medication. You'll collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as nurses and specialists, either remotely or through shared digital systems. Most positions offer flexible scheduling, though you may need to accommodate patients in different time zones, and documentation in electronic health records is a consistent responsibility.
