Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health concerns, collaborating with clients to create individualized treatment plans that promote effective care.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailored to the distinct needs of each client.
• Engage clients actively in establishing therapeutic goals, and regularly monitor and adjust treatment plans based on progress and evolving needs.
• Offer teletherapy services to clients preferring virtual sessions or those facing accessibility challenges due to geographical or mobility limitations.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation that adheres to ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with all mental health services guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, conferences, and peer consultation to continually enhance clinical skills and stay informed on the latest practices in the field.

You will be working with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and various other mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A current and valid license to practice mental health counseling in Texas, such as LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A bachelor's degree at a minimum, with preference given to candidates holding a master’s degree or doctoral degree in disciplines such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for establishing trust and rapport with clients.
• A demonstrated capacity for empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach toward clients’ experiences.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively handle your caseload alongside administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience

• A background in providing therapy in outpatient settings, preferably with experiences that incorporate teletherapy as part of treatment plans.
• Prior work within multi-disciplinary teams, showcasing the ability to collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals for integrated client care.
• Experience working with varied populations, understanding cultural sensitivities, and providing trauma-informed care.
