  • Demonstrated experience handling commercial real estate closings from inception through post-closing.
  • Strong understanding of commercial purchase and sale transactions, financing, title, surveys, due diligence, and closing procedures.
  • Experience working with lenders, title companies, and commercial real estate professionals.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while managing multiple deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems.
  • ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate preferred but not required.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative legal team handling sophisticated commercial real estate matters while enjoying the flexibility of a fully remote work environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and committed to delivering exceptional support on complex commercial transactions.
