We produce cannabinoid isolates and distillates using patent-pending chemistry-based synthesis processes, directed by a PhD chemist with a background in research and process chemistry. Every product is third-party tested with full-panel COAs available on request. We serve cannabis and hemp brands, formulators, white label operators, and co-packers who need consistent, high-purity cannabinoid supply at scale.


Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue growth by selling hemp-derived and cannabinoid-based products (e.g., CBD, CBG, hemp extracts) to wholesale, retail, and B2B clients. This role focuses on inbound/outbound sales, client relationship management, and educating customers on product benefits, compliance, and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and lead follow-ups.

  • Manage inbound inquiries and convert leads into customers.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and wellness brands.

  • Educate customers on hemp-derived products, including CBD, cannabinoids, and formulations.

  • Explain product specifications (COAs, potency, sourcing, compliance).

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support campaigns and promotions.

  • Stay up to date on industry regulations and trends in hemp/cannabinoids.

  • Assist with order processing, pricing, and product recommendations


Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of inside sales or B2B sales experience.

  • Experience in hemp, cannabis, nutraceuticals, or the wellness industry (preferred)

  • Strong understanding of cannabinoids (CBD, THC, CBG, etc.) is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving regulatory environment.

  • CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
