Job description

Resurgence Brewing Co. (RBC) believes that enjoying a well-crafted brew is an experience in itself. However, it's an experience best shared with friends, both new and old. Our goal is to deliver memorable beer moments to the drinkers of the Greater Buffalo region (and now Florida!), whether they're at home, in their favorite bar, or on a tour of our extraordinary brewery.
What you'll be doing:
We have a new, snazzy Ft Myers, FL brewery! The Taproom Manager is integral to providing a superior experience for both staff and guests. They assist the AGM and GM and execute daily operations for both the front- and back-of-house staffing. It is of upmost importance to us that members of our management team adapt to the RBC culture and bring our FU Awesome energy, vibe, and history to our new friends down south.
This full-time position oversees various restaurant functions, enforces policy and procedures, ensures guests have an FU Awesome experience, supports and supervises staff, coordinates schedules, maintains quality standards, and ensures compliance with health and safety regulations. A successful Manager will foster a positive work culture that reflects brand values. Strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for craft beer/cider/cocktails and hospitality are essential.
As part of the restaurant industry, weekend and evening availability are required.
Starting salary is $55,000 to $60,000 annually based on education, experience, and interview.
What you'll need:
  • Minimum of high school diploma; advanced degree a plus
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience in a restaurant setting; brewery/beverage industry a plus
  • Strong knowledge of full-service restaurant operations
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train, motivate, and develop staff
  • Exceptional guest service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining quality and efficiency
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and food handling regulations
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic office computer applications
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Passion for craft beverages, hospitality, and delivering memorable guest experiences
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
