Key Responsibilities- Directly engage with clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, providing both individual and group therapy as appropriate.
- Conduct thorough assessments, including evidence-based screenings, and develop integrated care plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a cohesive approach to treatment, linking clients with necessary services and resources.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of reports, data entry, and progress notes to track client outcomes effectively.
