The Detox Center you will be aligned with serves individuals experiencing substance use and emotional challenges, requiring a compassionate approach and a deep understanding of mental health needs. • Directly engage with clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, providing both individual and group therapy as appropriate.
• Conduct thorough assessments, including evidence-based screenings, and develop integrated care plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a cohesive approach to treatment, linking clients with necessary services and resources.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of reports, data entry, and progress notes to track client outcomes effectively.
• Provide crisis intervention and support, employing proven strategies and interventions to ensure client safety and promote recovery.
• Engage in continuous professional development through participation in training, workshops, and committee involvement to enhance service delivery and quality.

The ideal candidate will cater to a diverse patient population, particularly individuals grappling with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. • A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (BSW) is required; a master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a relevant field is preferred.
• Must possess a current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Colorado.
• Minimum of two years of experience in clinical practice, particularly in mental health or substance use settings, demonstrating effective therapeutic techniques.
• Strong understanding of the ethical guidelines and professional standards governing social work practices.

• Experience working within a detox or substance abuse treatment environment is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and culturally sensitive approaches to client engagement.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and data management systems to streamline documentation and care coordination.

This position offers an attractive annual salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000, commensurate with experience.
