Salary: 50,000 to 60,000 commensurate experience

At CPL. we are looking for a Sales Representative- Fuel who will be responsible for developing and managing customer accounts for the sale of fuel products. This role focuses on acquiring new business, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development :

• Identify, prospect, and secure new customers for fuel products

• Promote and sell fuel solutions to commercial, industrial, and fleet customers

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals

• Negotiate pricing and contract terms within approved guidelines

• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals

Account Management :

• Maintain and grow existing customer accounts

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding fuel supply and service

• Monitor customer usage, pricing, and contract renewals

• Address customer inquiries and resolve service issues in coordination with operations

Market & Industry Awareness :

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and fuel pricing

• Provide feedback to management on market conditions and customer needs

• Stay informed about applicable fuel regulations and safety standards

Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with dispatch, operations, and billing teams to ensure timely fuel delivery

• Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and customer documentation

• Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management

Compliance & Professional Conduct

• Conduct all sales activities in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

• Maintain professional relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams

• Represent CPL in a professional and ethical manner

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in fuel, energy, or related industries

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory

• Results-driven with strong problem-solving abilities

• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office

• Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel as required

• Reliable transportation
