We're looking for a detail-oriented Dispatch Manager to support our daily HVAC service operations. You'll coordinate technician schedules, manage service calls, communicate with customers, and help keep our dispatch process running smoothly. The ideal candidate has experience supporting a U.S.-based HVAC or home service company and can work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
Responsibilities
Schedule and dispatch HVAC service and installation technicians.
Monitor schedules and adjust appointments as needed.
Communicate with customers regarding appointments and service updates.
Create and maintain accurate work orders and customer records.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient daily operations.
Prioritize emergency service requests and resolve scheduling conflicts.
Assist with administrative tasks, including closing work orders and invoicing.
Qualifications
2+ years of dispatching or administrative experience in the HVAC or home service industry.
