Intake & Dispatch AgentFull-Time | Fully Remote | Hourly (Non-Exempt)
Shift: 12:30 PM–9:00 PM ET | Weekend Availability Required

Hancock Claims Consultants is hiring an Intake & Dispatch Agent to coordinate and dispatch property inspections and related field services for our insurance carrier clients. This is a fast-paced role for someone who can manage multiple priorities, act with urgency, and follow assignments through to completion.
What You'll Do
  • Receive, prioritize, and dispatch property inspection and related field services requests based on urgency, location, availability, and requirements.
  • Manage multiple active assignments, queues, and communications in a fast-paced environment.
  • Track assignments, follow up proactively, and resolve scheduling issues or last-minute changes.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, inspectors, vendors, and carrier partners.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and support high-volume and CAT operations as needed.

What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong urgency, ownership, multitasking, and follow-through.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong phone, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working across multiple computer systems, software, and screens; proficiency with Outlook and Excel.
  • Dispatch, scheduling, logistics, call center, or customer service experience strongly preferred.
  • This position is open to candidates currently residing and working within the United States.  Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the USA.  Hancock Claims Consultants is unable to provide employment visa sponsorship for this position now or in the future.

Schedule
Work Schedule Options:
  • 12:30 PM–9:00 PM Eastern Time
  • Tuesday thru Saturday – Sunday, Monday OFF
  • Thursday thru Monday – Tuesday, Wednesday OFF
  • Additional hours may be required during catastrophic weather events and periods of high claim volume.
Training Schedule:
  • Initial training schedule – 2 Weeks – Monday thru Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm Eastern.
  • All training will be conducted remotely.
