Oregon-Based Logistics Operations (Reno hiring priority with nationwide remote eligibility)

Position Overview

Manages freight routing, load assignments, and dispatch workflow through Oregon-based systems. Reno candidates are prioritized for hybrid participation, while remote candidates are fully integrated nationwide. Entry-level candidates receive structured training; experienced professionals manage operational responsibilities independently.

Key Responsibilities

Assign and track freight loads

Maintain operational documentation and dispatch logs

Communicate updates, exceptions, or delays to drivers and internal teams

Maintain accurate dispatch records

Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements

Collaborate with Oregon-based management to ensure alignment

Escalate scheduling conflicts or operational issues as needed
