We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our growing team serving the Latino community. This role combines customer support, personalized assistance, and sales-related activities, with the goal of delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound customer communications, including phone calls, emails, and other channels, to address questions, requests, and concerns.
