As Manager, Data Product Management you will lead a team of product managers that are responsible for imagining and delivering the data platforms and products that power the guest and cast magic across Disney Experiences. The role requires an exceptional leader with a blend of soft and technical skills to work with business partners across Disney Experiences' diverse portfolio of theme parks, resorts, cruise ships, and other vacation experiences.

You will be responsible for prioritizing intake and ensuring data roadmaps accelerate business value realization and align with the overall team vision, strategy, and OKRs. You'll also play a key role in developing the product delivery lifecycle (PDLC) framework and processes, including coaching your team and owning a Disney-built intake application.

What You'll Do:

As a Manager of Product Management in Data Products and Platforms, you will be accountable for creating a high-performing team and meeting key intake and product requirement SLAs.

  • Manage a team of five product managers, providing leadership, coaching, and performance management.

  • Define intake strategy, expectations, and priorities by translating organizational goals into well-defined outcomes and a transparent, value-based prioritization framework.

  • Partner with senior business and DPP stakeholders to capture demand, establish business value, and align on priorities before work moves to delivery teams.

  • Drive the product vision and operating model for demand intake - covering the PDLC and the Disney-built intake application - and ensure alignment on priorities and plans across business and delivery teams.

  • Inspire individual and business success by facing complex challenges with an open mindset, creativity, and agility.

  • Provide continuous coaching and feedback, recognizing different working styles and unique perspectives.

  • Develop self and others, supporting career aspirations by leveraging individual strengths.

  • Demonstrate care and compassion, valuing well-being and developing authentic connections with your team.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 8 years of related work/Product Management experience with at least 3 years in management.

  • Experience with scaled agile practices (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Nexus), product portfolio management, and prioritization frameworks.

  • Experience implementing product-led operating models and processes - demand intake, prioritization, and requirements definition.

  • Experience writing product requirements documents (PRDs).

  • Experience in product management, data platforms, and strategy development.

  • Strong communication (written and oral), presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to influence and achieve actionable results through others, including senior business and technology stakeholders.

  • Experience working with technical and business users.

  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake and AI-assisted development tools.

  • Understanding of modern cloud-based data platforms and architectures (e.g., ingestion patterns, medallion architecture).

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience working with remote repos like GitHub and GitLab.

  • Experience applying product management principles to data products.

  • Experience planning and delivering large-scale data or platform initiatives, ideally within a demand-intake or governance function, with multi-disciplinary teams.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Business Management, Engineering, or comparable field of study, and/or equivalent work experience.

The hiring range for this position in Florida is $163,400.00-$219,100.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
