Remote Disc Assessment information

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a DISC Assessment Consultant, and why are they important?

To thrive as a DISC Assessment Consultant, you need a strong background in behavioral analysis, organizational psychology, and experience with personality assessments, often supported by relevant certifications. Familiarity with DISC profiling tools, assessment software, and data interpretation platforms is typically required. Exceptional communication, active listening, and facilitation skills help consultants effectively deliver feedback and guide clients in applying assessment results. These skills are crucial for accurately interpreting assessments, supporting personal and organizational development, and maximizing the value of DISC insights.

What are some common challenges faced by professionals administering DISC assessments remotely, and how can they be addressed?

One common challenge when administering DISC assessments remotely is ensuring participant engagement and authenticity in responses, as the virtual environment can sometimes feel impersonal. Facilitators may also need to address technical issues, such as connectivity problems, and ensure that all participants understand the assessment process and objectives. To overcome these challenges, it's important to provide clear instructions, offer technical support, and create a welcoming, open environment where participants feel comfortable asking questions. Utilizing secure, user-friendly platforms and following up with personalized feedback sessions can also enhance the remote DISC assessment experience.

What is a Remote DISC Assessment?

A Remote DISC Assessment is a behavioral assessment tool that can be completed online from any location. It evaluates an individual's personality traits based on the DISC model: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness. This assessment helps employers and individuals understand work styles, improve communication, and build better teams. The remote aspect allows for flexibility and convenience, making it ideal for distributed or virtual work environments.

Job description

Description
Quick Sell Home Buyers is a nationwide real estate investment company actively buying properties in MI, TX, FL, OH, IN, GA, and growing. We work directly with motivated sellers to solve tough problems through creative deal structures - and we close fast.
We're hiring a full-time Acquisitions Specialist to take inbound and outbound seller leads from first contact through signed contract. This is a high-upside remote position. If you've done this work before, you know the earning potential is significant.
This role is for experienced closers who thrive on volume, speed, and direct seller negotiation. Standard hours are 9 AM to 6 PM ET, but if you've worked in real estate, you already know - deals don't always wait for business hours. Expect to work a couple of weekends per month and be available for hot leads that come in over the weekend. We're looking for someone who gets that and doesn't mind picking up the phone when opportunity calls.
Responsibilities
• Respond rapidly to inbound seller leads and conduct outbound cold calling to generate new opportunities
• Build rapport with motivated sellers, uncover their real situation, and identify deal potential
• Analyze property values using comps, market data, ARV, and repair estimates to determine offer price
• Negotiate and close purchase agreements directly with sellers
• Manage your full pipeline in Salesforce - every lead, follow-up, and contract stage tracked and current
• Coordinate with the dispositions team and title company to keep deals moving through closing
Qualifications
• 1+ years of direct experience in real estate acquisitions, wholesaling, or high-volume sales with a verifiable track record
• Confidence and skill on the phone - cold calling, objection handling, and closing are daily activities
• Working knowledge of running comps, pulling CMA reports, and evaluating deal numbers
• Proficiency with Salesforce (or comparable CRM), Excel/Google Sheets, and e-signature platforms
• Availability to work weekends and flex hours as deals require - sellers don't wait until Monday
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
BONUS POINTS
• Formal sales training (Sandler, John Martinez, Cardone, Keller Williams BOLD, Tom Ferry, RJ Bates, or similar)
• Experience with creative deal structures (sub-to, seller finance, novation)
• Familiarity with skip tracing, list pulling, or lead generation tools
All screening questions must be filled out to be considered for the role. We use this to identify detail-oriented candidates, which is essential for this role.
Candidates must complete the DISC assessment to be considered for the role. Applications submitted without DISC will not be reviewed.
