Work Environment

This position is ideal for mental health professionals seeking the flexibility of remote work while engaging with a community health clinic. Our hours of operation are Monday through Saturday, allowing for a work-life balance that empowers you to create and manage your own schedule. You'll have access to in-house credentialing and streamlined management of insurance participation, ensuring that you can focus more on providing care than on administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, ensuring that each treatment plan is customized to address specific needs.
  • Perform initial evaluations, triage care as necessary, and develop individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
  • Actively collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, documenting care plans and engaging in regular meetings to discuss patient progress and adjustment of treatment strategies.
  • Provide case management for assigned patients, working alongside hospital professionals and community programs to deliver comprehensive support and resources.
  • Ensure ethical and timely completion of documentation in accordance with department standards, maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Qualifications

  • A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours ranging between 10-40 sessions per week.

Preferred Experience

While the minimum requirement is two years of clinical experience, preference will be given to candidates who have a background in outpatient therapy and familiarity with various evidence-based treatment modalities. Additional experience in case management and community resources is also valued.
