Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain open and effective communication channels to align with contract standards and propagate the mission of Empath within the community.
  • Build and sustain relationships with various stakeholders including local, state, and federal agencies, which is key in promoting programs and securing new partnerships and funding opportunities.
  • Pursue personal and professional development, taking part in conferences, workshops, and task forces relevant to mental health expertise.
  • Embark on activities that enhance and promote the organization's mission, values, and principles.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support organizational objectives.
