Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and create comprehensive treatment plans to address the diverse needs of clients.
  • Facilitate consultation and contribute to the design of crisis intervention strategies, including pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans.
  • Stay current with documentation requirements and ensure that all paperwork is submitted in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Utilize evidence-based screening tools as outlined and agreed upon by the clinical team to monitor patient progress and treatment effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement positive behavioral support plans that are tailored to clients’ needs.
