• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of clients to understand their mental health needs, applying evidence-based practices to inform the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize solution-focused therapeutic interventions tailored to each patient’s unique circumstances, ensuring effective emotional and psychological support.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to all compliance regulations and confidentiality standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including educators, psychologists, and family members, to provide coordinated care and ensure holistic support for each client.
• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to uphold a high standard of care and to continuously improve treatment modalities.
• Provide education and resources to clients and their families to promote understanding of mental health issues and empower them in their treatment journey.

Our focus is primarily on school-aged children and adolescents who may be struggling with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. • A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of New York is required.

• Proven proficiency in solution-focused therapy techniques and strong skills in assessing client needs.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities, combined with a collaborative mindset.

• Experience working in a school setting or with child/adolescent populations preferred, enabling an understanding of educational and developmental contexts.
• Background in utilizing telehealth platforms for therapy sessions, enhancing accessibility to services during remote operations.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements within the school environment and confidentiality protocols is favorable.
