Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to inform treatment strategies.
  • Provide individualized and family therapy sessions tailored to patients' unique needs, implementing evidence-based methodologies to achieve optimal therapeutic outcomes.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation, including treatment plans, billing records, and insurance authorization forms, ensuring all paperwork is completed within specified deadlines.
  • Collaboratively develop comprehensive crisis and safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness benchmarks to facilitate ongoing stability and well-being for clients.
  • Craft discharge plans to support safe transitions out of therapy, ensuring that patients have access to resources and support upon exiting treatment.
  • Adhere strictly to federal and state regulations, as well as company policies to promote ethical and compliant practice.
  • Engage in continuous professional development through training opportunities, workshops, and case consultations to stay abreast of best practices and enhance clinical skills.
  • Participate actively in agency meetings, sharing insights and strategies that contribute to team success and patient care.
  • Complete all licensure maintenance requirements and participate in mandatory training sessions regularly.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
