Work Environment

You will work Mondays to Fridays from 9 AM to 5 PM, promoting a structured yet flexible working environment. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions using various evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each patient's needs.
• Maintain timely and thorough clinical documentation, including service reports and treatment records, adhering to all relevant policies and professional standards.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and in-service training sessions to ensure cohesive service delivery and continuous professional development.
• Provide consultation and support to other clinical and administrative staff regarding patient management and treatment strategies.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to data collection and reporting to enhance service delivery outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is a fundamental requirement.

• In-depth knowledge of various therapeutic approaches, methodologies, and the latest trends in mental healthcare.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
