  • Providing educational resources and support for clients and their families regarding mental health concerns, treatment options, and available community resources.
  • Regularly reviewing current research and developments in the mental health field to integrate evidence-based knowledge into your clinical practice.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, addressing a broad spectrum of mental health concerns, from anxiety and depression to trauma-related disorders. Our clinic prides itself on creating a non-judgmental space where clients feel safe and supported in their recovery journey, with a strong emphasis on culturally responsive approaches to treatment. This role will allow you to make a lasting impact on individuals and families as they work through their challenges.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
  • A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience providing psychotherapy services.
  • Proficiency in solution-focused therapeutic techniques and evidence-based interventions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong therapeutic alliances.
  • Adept problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking skills to adaptively respond to client needs.
  • Capability of working collaboratively within a team environment.
Preferred Experience

We strongly prefer candidates who have experience working in a remote environment, skilled in utilizing telehealth platforms to provide therapy. Familiarity with systems such as EMR (Electronic Medical Record) software and online collaborative tools will benefit your transition into our team. Experience with diverse populations and trauma-informed care approaches will be advantageous in delivering effective support to our clients.

The position comes with a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans.
  • Life and disability insurance coverage for peace of mind.
