Key Responsibilities

As an LICSW at Gotham Enterprises, you will engage in a variety of clinical tasks aimed at promoting mental health and well-being. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and develop tailored treatment plans that adhere to best practices.
• Implementing a wide range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based modalities, crafted to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Maintaining and updating accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring timely access to client records for care coordination.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive mental health care and improve client outcomes.
• Participating in case consultations and peer review meetings to consistently elevate the quality of care provided and share insights on best practices.
• Providing educational resources and support for clients and their families regarding mental health concerns, treatment options, and available community resources.
• Regularly reviewing current research and developments in the mental health field to integrate evidence-based knowledge into your clinical practice.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience

We strongly prefer candidates who have experience working in a remote environment, skilled in utilizing telehealth platforms to provide therapy. Familiarity with systems such as EMR (Electronic Medical Record) software and online collaborative tools will benefit your transition into our team. Experience with diverse populations and trauma-informed care approaches will be advantageous in delivering effective support to our clients.

Compensation and Benefits

The position comes with a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
