The Adult Mental Disability Solution Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselor, specifically an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. • Deliver mental health services directly to clients in accordance with program guidelines and funding source contractual obligations.
• Collaborate actively with multidisciplinary treatment teams to design and implement effective care plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Facilitate cultural competence in treatment approaches, showing sensitivity to the diverse backgrounds of clients and their families.
• Engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including school officials and community organizations, to enhance client support networks.
• Ensure compliance with the agency’s billing processes and maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to assess client progress and adjust therapeutic interventions as necessary to optimize outcomes.

Your work will revolve around a diverse clientele, including individuals and families experiencing a range of mental health challenges. This includes trauma, anxiety, depression, and other significant mental health disorders. • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health discipline.
• Current and active licensure in Pennsylvania as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health theories, practices, and laws pertaining to client care within the state of Pennsylvania.

• Experience working in outpatient settings with a focus on individual and family therapy.
• Familiarity with utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health records in clinical practice.
• Demonstrated skills in crisis intervention and conflict resolution.
• Previous experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
