We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team at the Adult Mental Disability Solution Center. This role is primarily conducted in a remote setting, offering flexibility to accommodate the schedules and needs of both clients and staff. The outpatient office serves as a supportive hub for collaboration among professionals, ensuring seamless communication and integrated care management.

• Engage with clients through telehealth platforms to conduct assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide therapy sessions focused on addressing mental health issues.
• Collaborate effectively with internal programs, clinical staff, and external partners, such as schools and community resources, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.
• Perform community outreach to connect clients with resources that meet their specific needs, adapting services to fit program and funding source requirements.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, maintaining consistent communication with the treatment team to evaluate outcomes and best practices.
• Utilize CRM and case management tools to document interactions, monitor therapy progress, and track client data securely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and adults dealing with a spectrum of mental health disorders. Our clientele often faces complex challenges, and our therapeutic approach emphasizes cultural awareness and sensitivity to their unique backgrounds, beliefs, and experiences.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.
• Proficient in utilizing telehealth platforms and technology for both client interactions and record-keeping.
• Strong commitment to continuing education, including staying updated with best practices in mental health therapy.

• Experience working in an outpatient setting, providing therapy and case management to a variety of client demographics.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care approaches.
• Previous experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and community organizations to enhance client services.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
