As a remote-based position, our Licensed Mental Health Counselor will engage with clients from the comfort of their own homes, utilizing telehealth technology to provide therapy sessions. • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop individualized treatment plans that address their mental health needs.

• Collaborate with treatment teams to coordinate care effectively, ensuring comprehensive support for clients and their families.

• Adhere to billing and documentation requirements as specified by the agency, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
• Participate in after-hours on-call support as required by program needs, demonstrating commitment to client care beyond regular hours.
• Work effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including school personnel and community organizations, to provide holistic support to clients.

You will work with a diverse patient population, which includes children, adolescents, adults, and older adults dealing with a range of mental health issues. The counseling approach is tailored to each individual or family, ensuring that cultural, social, and personal factors are considered in the therapeutic process. You will help clients manage anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges through personalized treatment strategies.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania.
• Proficient in telehealth services, with the ability to effectively engage with clients through virtual platforms.

• Previous experience providing therapy in a remote or telehealth setting is desired.
• Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations, particularly in trauma-informed care practices.
• Familiarity with managed care processes and documentation standards related to billing and client services.

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, reflective of the candidate's experience and caseload.
