• Conduct assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that address each patient’s unique mental health needs, integrating evidence-based methodologies tailored to their circumstances.
• Provide professional consultation for pre-crisis and crisis management, including the development of behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans, ensuring that interventions remain patient-centered.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans, adhering to all regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with multidisciplinary clinical teams to ensure effective patient evaluation and treatment outcomes.
• Facilitate the creation and implementation of positive behavior support plans by actively participating in team strategies and contributing insights from your clinical expertise.
• Act as a liaison between our clinic and external service systems, state agencies, and community partners to ensure comprehensive service delivery and patient advocacy.
• Engage in proactive communication to promote your agency's mission, guidelines, and communication standards within the community, strengthening local partnerships.
• Foster relationships with various local, state, and private organizations to explore new funding avenues and collaborative opportunities.
• Commit to your personal and professional growth by attending relevant conferences, workshops, and meetings that enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support both operational needs and patient care objectives.

Your primary focus will be on individuals dealing with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. You will work with diverse populations that may include individuals with developmental disabilities and those recovering from acquired brain injuries. Your ability to connect with clients empathetically and effectively is crucial in fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field, recognized by the appropriate educational governing bodies.
• Current independent LMHC license issued by the state board.
• Proficiency in maintaining clinical records and preparing detailed reports that comply with applicable regulations.
• Strong collaborative skills to function effectively within an interdisciplinary team structure.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on expressing complex ideas in a clear and relatable manner.
• Sound judgment and the ability to make independent decisions based on clinical expertise.

• Previous experience in community mental health settings or similar environments is greatly preferred.
• Familiarity with a range of therapeutic techniques and treatment modalities relevant to our service offerings.
• Demonstrated ability to connect with various community resources and stakeholders.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 86,000 to USD 103,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
