As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Mind Sync, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand clients' unique mental health needs and establishing individualized treatment plans in alignment with evidence-based practices.
• Implementing various psychotherapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other relevant interventions tailored to client preferences and needs.
• Maintaining accurate client records while adhering to HIPAA regulations and organizational protocols to ensure confidentiality.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers, to provide integrated care that effectively addresses the holistic needs of clients.
• Participating in routine case consultations and peer review meetings to continually advance the quality of care delivered.
• Educating clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and local community resources to foster understanding and support.
• Keeping abreast of emerging research and best practices in mental health care, and integrating fresh insights into clinical methodologies.

Your work as an LCSW will involve engaging a diverse range of patients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. This could encompass anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related issues, and much more. You will leverage evidence-based techniques to form trusting relationships, enabling clients to explore and address their challenges in a safe and supportive environment.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Connecticut.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, specifically in delivering psychotherapy services.
• Proven proficiency in solution-focused therapy techniques, demonstrating a commitment to client-centered care.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster collaboration and trust with clients and team members.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to assess complex situations and devise effective treatment strategies.
• A proven ability to work well within a team-oriented environment.

• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms in delivering therapy, particularly in a remote setting.
• Background in working with underserved populations or within community health settings.
