Description

We are seeking a driven and experienced Specialty Sales Representative to support the growth of our IVIG (Intravenous Immunoglobulin) therapy services in Jefferson City, MO. This role is exclusively focused on IVIG sales and is ideal for a self-motivated professional with deep knowledge of the specialty infusion market and a proven track record of success in IVIG sales.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote IVIG therapies to neurologists, immunologists, rheumatologists, infusion centers, and hospitals.
  • Cultivate strong referral relationships through strategic outreach and engagement.
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into active accounts.
  • Partner with internal pharmacy, intake, and clinical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and exceptional patient care.
  • Educate providers on IVIG clinical benefits, patient support services, and reimbursement guidance.
  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans to drive revenue and achieve targets.
  • Track all sales activities, contacts, and progress using CRM tools.
  • Travel throughout the Central California region to maintain a strong local presence.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of direct IVIG sales experience in Jefferson City, MO.
  • Established relationships with prescribers and referral sources in the region.
  • Strong understanding of IVIG administration, reimbursement, and patient journey.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive territory growth and meet/exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter who can work independently and manage a remote field-based role.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Existing book of business in the region.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of specialty pharmacy or home infusion sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required).

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $125,000-$200,000 (DOE)

Physical Requirements
