Join Our Team as a Corporate Paralegal at AxiomLocation: Remote  

We are currently seeking corporate governance paralegals to join our bench of fully vetted candidates working temporary secondments for our top F100 clients on a remote basis. This is an existing vacancy.

Responsibilities: 
  • Assist client's legal team in drafting and reviewing corporate governance documents, including board resolutions, bylaws, policies, and charters
  • Conduct research and analyze legal and regulatory requirements related to corporate governance and compliance
  • Maintain and update corporate records, including board and committee minutes, shareholder records, and other governance-related documents
  • Assist with the preparation and filing of corporate documents including annual reports, proxy statements, and SEC filings
Qualifications:
  • 9+ years of corporate governance experience gained working as a paralegal in a large corporate in-house environment
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance principles and best practices and familiarity with corporate filings, SEC regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Proficient in legal research tools, databases, and related software
  • Open to working in an engagement-based role, seconded to clients on a temporary basis for approximately 6 months at a time
Compensation:

The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year. Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.  Employees may be eligible for additional benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance; paid holidays and PTO; flexible work arrangements; and professional development opportunities and tools.
