Paralegal
 
Insurance Defense with focus on construction defect
  • Understanding & strong knowledge in construction defect
  • Tracking Lendors
  • e-discovery and associated rules (utilize Xpoint)
  • Management of e-discovery
 
Position will support one partner and approximately 2-3 attorneys. There will be 2 legal assistants supporting this role.
 
New hires will spend 90 days in office to ensure candidate is up to speed and then can be 100% remote unless there is a trial or mediation
