Paralegal
 
Insurance Defense with focus on construction defect
  • Understanding & strong knowledge in construction defect
  • Tracking Lendors
  • e-discovery and associated rules (utilize Xpoint)
  • Management of e-discovery
 
Position will support one partner and approximately 2-3 attorneys. There will be 2 legal assistants supporting this role.
 
New hires will spend 90 days in office to ensure candidate is up to speed and then can be 100% remote unless there is a trial or mediation
 
Laid back and relaxed environment. Work-Life-Balance is important to them and finds that happy employees do better work
 
Work schedule is based on what works for the candidate. They encourage employees to work whenever and whatever works for them as long as they are good communicators and deadlines are being met.
