The position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in your working hours while requiring a commitment to meeting the needs of our clients. You will also have occasional interactions with our outpatient office team in Yakima, Washington. • Conduct thorough intake assessments including the Gains, Locus, and clinical summary to develop personalized treatment plans for clients.
• Engage in active case management, facilitating access to resources and ensuring close coordination with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers.
• Provide crisis intervention and emergency support, managing client crises effectively while maintaining a calm and supportive demeanor.
• Implement therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's needs, particularly focusing on low self-esteem, family dynamics, and substance use challenges.
• Maintain impeccable documentation through Electronic Health Records (EHR), ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, including HIPAA standards.
• Deliver both face-to-face and telehealth sessions to provide flexibility and accessibility for your clients.
• Participate actively in team meetings, training, and supervision, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Provide mentorship and support to junior therapists and interns, helping to foster a respectful and collaborative learning environment.

You will work with a diverse clientele from various socioeconomic backgrounds, including individuals facing mental health issues, substance use disorders, and intellectual disabilities. Understanding and respecting the unique circumstances and identities of each client will be essential in providing effective therapeutic interventions. The ability to relate to clients from different ethnic and cultural backgrounds is crucial for building trust and rapport.

• Must hold an active license in the State of Washington as an LPC, LMFT, or LICSW.
• Possess a Master’s Degree in a human services-related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency in communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in documentation and compliance aspects.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and maintaining licensure in good standing.
• Ability to manage stress, time, and productivity effectively within a high-demand environment.

• Experience working in outpatient mental health services, specifically with underserved populations.
• Knowledge of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or similar approaches.
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 50,000 to USD 80,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
