As our Vice President of Digital Sales and Service, you'll provide strategic leadership for Summit's Digital vertical, shaping the remote member experience and advancing strategies to acquire, onboard, engage, and serve members through digital and remote channels.

What You'll Do (Your Impact)
  • Inspire and Develop Talent by cultivating a dynamic team environment that drives growth, recognition, accountability, and ongoing development.
  • Lead Digital Strategy and Operations by setting strategic direction, prioritizing work, aligning resources and budgets, and using data to guide decisions across Summit's Digital vertical.
  • Strengthen Lending Performance by supporting credit quality and consumer loan portfolio performance that differentiates Summit in the marketplace.
  • Deliver Measurable Member Outcomes by achieving key business objectives related to member service, response times, resolution rates, and other essential performance measures.
  • Drive Digital Innovation by increasing adoption of new technologies and solutions that improve digital efficiency, effectiveness, and member engagement.
  • Ensure Compliance and Quality by maintaining adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and quality assurance standards.
  • Manage Financial Performance by meeting budget parameters while sustaining strong member service and operational effectiveness.

What you Bring
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent work experience, is required.
  • A minimum of seven years in sales and customer service, with at least five years in a management capacity.
  • Ten years financial experience including a minimum of seven years loan underwriting experience.
  • Previous experience in developing, converting, and launching new member service capabilities.
  • Experience in working cross-functionally to solve complex problems and improve quality and member experience.
  • Experience in managing change and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of digital sales and service dynamics and operating metrics.
  • Professional and well-developed oral and written communication skills. Results-driven, detail-oriented, highly organized, self-motivated, and self-managed.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the financial service industry, including deposit & loan products and services.
