Excelsior Wellness Center is more than just a place for treatment; we are a community dedicated to helping individuals and families find their path to wellness. We believe in the potential of every child and family to live safer, stronger, and more fulfilled lives.


We are seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) who qualifies as a clinical supervisor in the state of Washington.
Responsibilities:

Responsible for supervising four LICSWA associates, with the following expectations:

  • Provide weekly 1:1 clinical supervisionfor each associate
  • Second signall clinical documentation completed by the associates, including both billable and non-billable notes (e.g., Mental Health Assessments, Treatment Plans, Psychotherapy Notes, Case Management Notes, Memos to Chart, Call Logs, and Discharge Summaries), ensuring alignment with Excelsior Wellness quality standards and clinical best practices
  • Attend a monthly check-in with the Director of Clinical Services to discuss associate progress, clinical concerns, and developmental needs
  • The estimated time commitment is approximately 3-4 hours per associate per week, which includes documentation review and signing, individual supervision, and the monthly Director meeting.


You're a Great Fit If You Have:

  • A Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
  • Licensure through the Washington State Department of Health as an LICSW.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a criminal background check.
  • Practical experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a deep understanding of diverse service delivery models.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and experiences.
  • A collaborative spirit and a passion for making a difference in the lives of youth with serious mental health diagnoses.
