• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, identifying their strengths and challenges to tailor interventions accordingly.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, integrating evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and other methodologies that resonate with clients' unique cultural backgrounds.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that encompass specific goals, interventions, and a systematic monitoring of client progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, nurses, and therapists to create cohesive and holistic treatment strategies that meet the diverse needs of our clients.
• Provide crisis intervention services, including thorough risk assessments and the formulation of proactive safety plans for at-risk clients.

In this role, you will work closely with a diverse population, including individuals struggling with substance use issues, mental health disorders, and co-occurring conditions. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is mandatory.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.
