• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand each patient’s mental health status and create individualized treatment plans utilizing solution-focused methodologies.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused brief therapy tailored to each patient's needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records that comply with state and federal regulations, ensuring the highest professional standards are met.
• Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, participating in case consultations and peer review meetings to ensure integrated and effective patient care.

You will work with a diverse array of patients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing mental health challenges.
