As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with our team, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify individual patient needs and developing personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Delivering psychotherapy services utilizing various therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other innovative techniques tailored to meet the unique preferences and requirements of your clients.
• Documenting all clinical interactions and maintaining accurate, up-to-date clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring each patient’s confidentiality and care consistency.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate comprehensive care approaches, fostering communication and cooperation among all involved professionals.
• Participating in regular case discussions, peer review meetings, and scheduled consultations to evaluate the quality of care and share insights.
• Providing education to patients and their families about mental health challenges, treatment modalities, and community resources available to them.
• Staying informed of the latest clinical research and methodologies to effectively enhance your practice and the care delivered to patients.

Your role will involve working with a diverse group of patients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, and more. You will focus on creating individualized plans that encourage empowerment, resilience, and improved mental health. • A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois, with a commitment to adhering to the ethical guidelines and standards of practice.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in providing psychotherapy services, demonstrating proficiency in Federally sponsored and community-based mental health interventions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills to effectively connect with clients and collaborate with a team of health professionals.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills to assess patient needs and adapt treatment plans accordingly.
• The capability to work collaboratively within a remote team environment, employing virtual communication technologies.

• Experience in substance abuse treatment, trauma-informed care, or special populations would be an advantage.
• Proficiency in multiple therapeutic modalities and a commitment to applying evidence-based practices in your work.
• Prior experience in a remote or telehealth environment is a plus, ensuring familiarity with digital communication and patient management systems.
