Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with our team, your daily responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse group of patients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, and more. You will focus on creating individualized plans that encourage empowerment, resilience, and improved mental health. Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois, with a commitment to adhering to the ethical guidelines and standards of practice.
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience in providing psychotherapy services, demonstrating proficiency in Federally sponsored and community-based mental health interventions.
