Job Description Summary:

The Director High Voltage is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize High Voltage solutions and ensure efficient and effective operation.
This role is fully remote. Specific location details and expectations will be discussed during the interview process.

Position Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develop and execute the company's High Voltage strategy in alignment with overall business goals andobjectives

  • Identifymarket opportunities for High Voltage deployment, including utility-scale projects, commercial and industrial applications.

  • Collaborate with engineering,operationsand finance teams to develop cost effective High Voltage solutions and business models.

  • Oversee the design,constructionand commissioning of High Voltage projects, ensuring compliance with safety,qualityand regulatory standards.

  • Manage relationships with vendors,suppliersand partners to secure the necessary resources andexpertisefor High Voltage initiatives.

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of High Voltageprofessional, fostering a culture of safety, innovation,collaborationand continuous improvement.

  • Represent the company at client meetings,conferencesand regulatory proceedings related to High Voltage.
