Talent Solutions Group (TSG) is seeking an experienced recruiting leader to launch and lead our Capital Markets & Financial Services recruiting practice.

This newly created leadership role offers the opportunity to build, grow, and manage your own recruiting team while partnering with an established national recruiting firm with more than 20 years of success.

What You'll Do

As Director of Recruiting, you'll lead the continued growth of our Capital Markets & Financial Services practice while helping recruit, develop, and mentor a team of high-performing recruiters.

Responsibilities

  • Build, hire, mentor, and lead a recruiting team
  • Develop and grow TSG's Capital Markets recruiting practice
  • Recruit top talent for permanent and contract opportunities
  • Coach recruiters through the full recruiting lifecycle
  • Establish recruiting strategies, best practices, and performance expectations
  • Develop long-term client relationships and strategic partnerships
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on growth initiatives
  • Utilize AI recruiting tools, automation, and offshore recruiting resources to maximize production
  • Drive team performance through coaching, accountability, and leadership
  • Continue personal recruiting activity as desired while earning commissions on individual production

  • Previous recruiting leadership, management, or mentoring experience preferred
  • Experience recruiting within Capital Markets, Financial Services, Technology, or related industries
  • Proven success placing high-performing professionals
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing teams
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
  • Strong business development experience is a plus but not required
