Summary:

The Director of Mezzanine Finance supports the business development effort through the origination and structuring of new investments, defining strategy for high quality mezzanine and equity investments for corporate clients. Leads new origination underwriting. Develops a strong sense of partnering that results in additional business for both the mezzanine group and the regions within the Huntington footprint.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Source direct and indirect investment opportunities
  • Manage relationships with fund managers
  • Evaluate, diligence, and underwrite investments
  • Track and analyze investment portfolio
  • Monitor compliance and regulatory reporting
  • Facilitate investment funding and monitoring
  • Develop and maintain financial models
  • Provide risk evaluations and reporting support
  • Identify process and technology improvements
  • Collaborate across investment team
  • Perform other duties as assigned
