In this remote role, you will have the flexibility to create a conducive workspace while engaging remotely with clients. Utilizing our telehealth technology, you will conduct virtual therapy sessions, ensuring that anyone seeking help has easy access to mental health resources. While the position is primarily remote, you will participate in regular team meetings and collaborative case discussions, engaging with colleagues who share a common goal of improving mental health services.

• Conduct thorough and individualized assessments to determine each client's mental health needs, using standardized tools and clinical judgment.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that align with each client's unique circumstances, employing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.
• Provide ongoing therapy sessions to individuals and families via telehealth, ensuring flexibility to accommodate clients’ schedules while fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including case managers and psychiatrists, to facilitate holistic care and comprehensive treatment approaches.
• Offer crisis intervention and support, utilizing effective techniques to manage acute situations and ensure client safety.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives that promote mental health awareness, educate the public about resources, and reduce stigma surrounding mental health issues.

The ideal candidate will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including those from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Your role involves addressing a wide range of mental health concerns, from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship issues. By leveraging your expertise, you will significantly impact client outcomes, guiding individuals through their mental health journeys with compassion and understanding.

• A current and active independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, mental health counseling, or a related field; a master's degree or doctoral degree is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and trust with clients effectively.
• Demonstrated cultural competence, with the ability to work sensitively and empathetically with diverse populations.
• Solid organizational skills with an emphasis on timely documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, ideally with direct telehealth service delivery.
• Experience in crisis intervention and family therapy.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems to document assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes efficiently.
