As part of a Community Health Clinic setting, you will work closely with fellow professionals who specialize in child development, ensuring that you have the support and resources necessary to deliver high-quality care. • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of developmental challenges in children aged zero to three.
• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), tailoring strategies to meet the unique needs of each child.
• Monitor and document progress, collaborating as a proactive member of a multidisciplinary team.
• Offer guidance and educational resources to families, empowering them to support their child's development effectively.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and natural learning environment strategies to promote optimal developmental outcomes.
• Build rapport and nurturing relationships with children and families, creating a supportive atmosphere conducive to learning and growth.
• Administer ongoing evaluations and adaptations of therapeutic plans, ensuring alignment with the child's progress and family priorities.
• Maintain compliance with all Federal and State health regulations and the organization's policies to ensure safety and quality of care.

This position specifically serves children with disabilities or developmental delays during critical early intervention stages. By working closely with infants and toddlers as well as their families, you will support their journey toward achieving developmental milestones in physical, cognitive, social-emotional, and communication skills. Your contributions will have a meaningful impact on these children’s long-term outcomes and their families' quality of life.

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt therapeutic approaches based on varying learning styles and developmental needs of children.
