Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new healthcare clients (nurse, doctors, allied health professionals, hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, etc)
  • Identify new opportunities using network, calls, emails, texts, and digital resources
  • Maintain weekly, monthly KPIs
  • Utilize ATS and CRM systems daily to track progress and communicate with team members
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients while continuing to attract new opportunities
  • Negotiate billing rates with clients for candidates based on client job requisitions
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients
  • Overlay compliance measures across all processes where necessary
  • Other duties as required to support business and client efficiencies

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in direct hire, recruiting, or staffing or related sales preferred
  • Proactively seek and cultivate relationships with decision makers within an organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable negotiating with and advocating for clients
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team
  • Desire to work in a growing company in proximity with leadership
  • Sales and customer service skills preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but no required
