Where You'll Make a Difference

  • Lead and execute customer bakery trials, ensuring successful commercialization and performance at plant scale

  • Partner with account managers to support customer meetings, trials, and technical sales activities

  • Apply deep expertise in baking processes, formulations, and ingredient functionality to solve customer challenges

  • Serve as the primary technical interface during plant trials, service visits, and product evaluations

  • Troubleshoot product performance issues during trials, scale-up, and post-sale implementation
