Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of clients by establishing strong rapport and maintaining professional ethics and boundaries throughout the therapeutic process.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to monitor progress, discuss stability, set upcoming appointments, and initiate discharges when appropriate.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously monitor person-centered treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.
  • Maintain thorough and current documentation, including progress notes and client records, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct intake assessments to evaluate new clients, determining appropriate therapeutic interventions tailored to their specific needs.
  • Host individualized sessions, ensuring adequate frequency of therapy consistent with clients' treatment goals.
  • Engage in individual supervision to enhance your professional skills and receive constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive, holistic care for your clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The LPC will be working with a varied client population in an outpatient setting, addressing a multitude of mental health challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex psychological conditions. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.
