• Manage a caseload of clients by establishing strong rapport and maintaining professional ethics and boundaries throughout the therapeutic process.
• Conduct regular client meetings to monitor progress, discuss stability, set upcoming appointments, and initiate discharges when appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor person-centered treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.
• Maintain thorough and current documentation, including progress notes and client records, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.
• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate new clients, determining appropriate therapeutic interventions tailored to their specific needs.
• Host individualized sessions, ensuring adequate frequency of therapy consistent with clients' treatment goals.
• Engage in individual supervision to enhance your professional skills and receive constructive feedback.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive, holistic care for your clients.
• Adopt a growth mindset to foster personal and professional development, embracing new therapeutic techniques and interventions.

The LPC will be working with a varied client population in an outpatient setting, addressing a multitude of mental health challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex psychological conditions. You will be instrumental in guiding clients through their struggles, facilitating therapeutic processes that empower them to achieve personal growth and improved mental wellness.

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.
• Current, unrestricted, active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is mandatory.
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is essential.
• Proficiency in computer usage, particularly with Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY software is necessary for documentation and communication.
• Experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to varied populations, including individuals and families, is strongly preferred.

• Familiarity with conducting intake assessments and comfort in managing the administrative responsibilities associated with client treatment.
• Experience in utilizing telehealth platforms to provide uninterrupted, quality mental health services.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, aligned with your experience and contribution to the organization. Our practice operates under a fee-for-service model, providing guaranteed rates that are paid ahead of collections, ensuring clinicians do not experience delays in reimbursement.
