As an LMFT with Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual counseling sessions via video chat to address various mental health concerns.
• Encouraging clients to share their emotions and experiences to foster self-understanding and improved relationships.
• Acting as an advocate for clients, helping them define their goals and navigate their personal journeys.
• Assessing clients’ mental conditions and devising effective treatment plans utilizing a solution-focused approach tailored to individual needs.
• Documenting client progress and maintaining a high level of confidentiality in compliance with professional standards.

Your clients will be primarily stable adults who have been carefully screened for low acuity issues. This focus allows you to engage with clients who are ready to make positive changes in their lives and benefit from therapeutic intervention. Your role will significantly contribute to enhancing their overall mental well-being.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) issued by a recognized state board; provisional or limited licenses are not accepted.
• Strong evaluative skills with the ability to make professional treatment decisions based on best practices and clinical experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding while facilitating client discussions.
• Proficiency in computer skills, particularly with online counseling tools and platforms.

While a minimum of 2 years of applicable experience is required, candidates with additional experience in managing diverse patient populations or those familiar with teletherapy practices will be highly regarded.
