We are seeking aSpeech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Clinical Directorfor the San Antonio, Texas market.

Salary up to: $79,000

The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Clinical Director provides clinical leadership, oversight, and direct speech-language pathology services to pediatric clients while supporting the growth and development of the therapy program in the San Antonio region.

This role blends hands-on clinical care with leadership responsibilities, including staff supervision, training, and program development. The Clinical Director serves as the primary speech-language pathology leader and clinical resource for the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality speech-language pathology services to pediatric clients

  • Carry an initial, small clinical caseload with a gradual transition toward leadership-focused responsibilities

  • Supervise and support Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), as applicable

  • Provide clinical oversight, mentorship, and training to therapy staff

  • Support program growth, quality assurance, and clinical best practices

  • Serve as the primary speech-language pathology presence in the region

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, and community partners

  • Participate in local travel for patient care, staff support, and community engagement
