This position is remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your practice from the convenience of your home while utilizing our telehealth platform. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering clinical services and developing individual treatment plans that are person-centered and recovery-oriented.
• Conducting ongoing assessments of patient needs and adjusting treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaboratively working with clients to enhance their coping, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Facilitating the development, monitoring, and implementation of individualized service plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
• Providing education about available community services and aiding clients in accessing these resources effectively.
• Implementing various skill-building activities to foster growth in daily living and social skills.

This role primarily serves adults experiencing varying degrees of mental illness that impact their ability to maintain community stability and independence. The clients you work with may be navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional difficulties. Your expertise will empower them to find balance in their lives, reconnect with their communities, and build resilience.

To qualify for this position, you should possess the following:

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current license in good standing as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• The ability to provide independent clinical practice without the need for supervision.
• No disciplinary actions on your license.
• Strong comprehension of mental health issues and dedication to client advocacy.
• Proficient digital skills for remote practice.

Candidates with the following experiences will be favored:

• Demonstrable experience providing direct clinical services within a diverse client population.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong ability to maintain client confidentiality.
• Knowledge of community resources and ability to engage effectively with supportive services.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and maintaining a functional, productive remote work environment.
