About the role:
As a Security Program Coordinator in the Global Security segment of the Global Security & Real Estate Organization you will contribute to the development and application of Global Security policies, programs and procedures. You will perform a variety of security-related functions to ensure the safety and security of company employees and assets.
You will report to the Senior Program Manager, Global Security and work remote. 100% Remote Role.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the intelligence and risk management team, including external suppliers to manage risks to Westinghouse employees and those traveling on behalf of the company.
  • Oversee the completion of assigned physical security projects through direct interface with internal customers, project management team, and security integrator(s)
  • Coordinate with external suppliers regarding implementation of the agreed scope of work concerning Security projects.
  • Ensure all security projects meet Global Security's internal requirements, project or regulatory requirements, and industry's best practices. Recommend and coordinate proposed changes with Global Security Management.
  • Produce all project status reports.
  • Perform observations and assessments to ensure compliance with procedures.
  • Maintain a professional departmental, company and community reputation.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ year experience in security program management or security operations.
  • Knowledge of related international relations, risk management, security operations, safety practices and enforcement procedures in a corporate organization.
