The Senior Creative Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and executing PharMerica's creative vision across branded experiences, campaigns, communications, and marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Strategy & Creative Experiences, this role serves as a strategic creative partner to marketing, sales, clinical, and executive leadership teams, ensuring all creative work reinforces PharMerica's brand, business objectives, and market position.
The Senior Creative Marketing Manager leads creative services by providing art direction, brand strategy, and design solutions that create effective, engaging, and dynamic brand experiences while overseeing brand stewardship, creative execution, and the development of scalable creative systems that drive efficiency, consistency, and innovation across all marketing touchpoints.
This position has no direct reports but serves as the primary creative lead and influencer across cross-functional teams, agency partners, freelancers, and vendors. Responsibilities are aligned with PharMerica's broader marketing strategy and creative experience objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Serves as a strategic creative advisor, aligning brand, marketing, and business goals to deliver cohesive and impactful brand experiences across all channels
  • Leads the design, evolution, and implementation of visual identity systems that strengthen brand recognition, differentiation, and market perception
  • Oversees and manages brand integrity, including visual identity, messaging standards, and creative excellence across enterprise-wide communications and marketing initiatives
  • Coordinates and facilitates brand education, onboarding, and training programs to promote adoption and understanding of brand standards throughout the organization
  • Provides art direction and creative leadership for marketing campaigns, digital experiences, content initiatives, and enterprise communications

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field
  • 7-10+ years of progressive experience in creative services, brand management, marketing design, or creative leadership
  • Proven experience developing and managing corporate brands, visual identity systems, and integrated marketing campaigns
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand strategy, art direction, digital design, campaign development, and experiential marketing
  • Experience supporting complex, multi-brand organizations and diverse business audiences
  • Demonstrated success building scalable creative systems, processes, and governance models
  • Experience leveraging creative technologies, including Canva Enterprise, Adobe Creative Cloud, and AI-driven creative tools
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Healthcare, pharmacy, senior care, or B2B marketing experience preferred
